What information we collect
InspirationLane collects two types of information
during your visits to our Site.
First,
we collect non-personally identifiable information.
When visitors come to our Site, we collect and aggregate

of the Site were visited, the order in which they were
visited and which links were “clicked.” Collecting
such information involves logging the IP addresses,

new features, new products and services and special
offers we think they will find of interest. Also
we may send marketing offers to gift recipients on
behalf of ourselves and our business partners. In

mailings from us.
Service Providers

but not limited to website hosting, order processing
and fulfillment, credit card clearance, e-commerce

Sale of Our Company
As a natural consequence of the development of our
company, we could be sold to another company. In
the event that we are acquired by another company
or a significant portion of our assets is sold to
another company, all of the customer information
including both financial records and consumer information
that we have collected may be transferred to the
new company.
How your information is stored
InspirationLane seeks to use reasonable security measures
to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration

our control. Unfortunately, no security system, or
system of transmitting data over the Internet, can

foregoing, while we seek to protect your personally
identifiable information, we cannot guarantee the security

between your computer and InspirationLane's servers,
or any information provided to us or to any third party
through or in connection with the Site. You provide
all such information at your own risk.
Returns & Exchanges
InspirationLane is happy to replace a gift with another
selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit
card used for its purchase. Please note: Monogrammed
and personalized gifts may not be returned unless they
are damaged.
Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if
possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple
steps:

Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you
by the customer service representative.

For your security, please return your gift with an
insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post)
and retain your receipt. InspirationLane is not responsible
for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged,
defective or not the correct product, InspirationLane
will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

Free Gift Wrap
Each gift of InspirationLane Jewelry comes in our signature
box, wrapped with raffia ribbon. The color of the
ribbon may vary over time. The jewelry itself is
cleaned, then wrapped in anti-tarnish tissue paper
before shipment. We recommend keeping the jewelry,
when not being worn,
wrapped
in the anti-tarnish tissue paper, or in a zipper-type
plastic bag. Care instructions are included with
each piece of jewelry.
